1)Log in and Go to Starplaza, Sea of Stars store by clicking HERE

2)Look for these bubbles on the top of the room on the right side, next to ? mark
3)Put the bubbles in shopping cart and Buy them  
Bubbles should be in a Starplaza bag in your suite :]
